Went there on Monday to with kiddo who loves the stax (we all do) and they have been super hot and fresh and soooo good ! However , this visit was so disappointing. The moment I held the box on the bottom it was even warm , the break did not test fresh , the butter drip or sauce the pour of it didn’t smell good at all . And they didn’t even pour enough of it . I was extremely disappointed

I'm not normally a big donut eater, but I happen to go to Krispy Kreme and this place but then a week, and I would have to say BAD Bakers is distinctly better. Probably the main thing is there's a greater variety of flavors and multiple options with Asian variety, with ube and mochi (including GF mochi donut). The interior texture of all the donuts was exquisite. Service was friendly and patient (had my two kids with me who are slow to decide). The main area for room for improvement would be the general atmosphere. The space is sparsely appointed and decorated, and nowhere to sit down and eat a donut, either inside or out.

Starting with the atmosphere, it was well decorated and branding was very cool, service was also very very good. The staff member helping us was very nice An Hospitable. However, I had got two donuts that were gluten-free and they were genuinely questionable. One of them being the Mo- cheese. It was very stale and just had an overall unpleasant taste. Secondly, I had the Dino rocks which was a good flavor, but once again was absolutely not fresh and both were just hard to eat, especially the first one.

Oh my goodness what a fantastic find. I walked into there shop and was delighted with the aroma of fresh baked bread and sweet treats. There’s so much to choose from, not just sweets but savory foods as well. They even have lumps guys. If you haven’t been yet you’re missing out. I can’t wait to go again..

Absolutely lives up to the hype. The donuts are next level. Soft, fresh, and over-the-top in the best way. I tried the strawberry one with the crumble on top (filled with actual strawberry goodness) and it was unreal. Perfect balance of sweet without being too heavy. They also have these little filling “shots” you can inject yourself, which is chaotic and fun and honestly makes the whole experience better. The flavors are creative, the presentation is awesome, and everything tasted super fresh. Definitely not your average donut shop. If you’re in Sac and want something fun (and ridiculously good), this is the spot.
